Family horrified after restaurant bill makes clear what waiters thought of Molly, two

We've had numerous occasions where E gets fussy at a restaurant. I don't know how I'd react if I saw this. (see last item on receipt) Is further action against her is really necessary? The restaurant was totally wrong but come on, people will sue over anything.
